So far these people have not produced the system and panels they said they would. They also have not installed 1 system that I know of.
Free isn't always free. I installed a system myself back in 2001, I havce added to it every few years and also done many low cost passive solar type projects. I jhave 2.4 kw now.
So far I make more than I use over 1/2 the year and only use a liite the other months. My system doesn't use any water or make any pollution. It also cost half what my neighbors pool cost !
