A little bit-o-background. 

Vitamin B5, also called pantothenic acid, is one of eight water-soluble B vitamins. Pantethine, an active stable form of vitamin B5, has been gaining
attention in recent years as a possible treatment for high cholesterol. Vitamin B5 can be found in all living cells and is widely distributed in foods so deficiency of this substance is rare.

I hate stifling free trade, but I really despise ripoffs.  You can spend $1.50 per day on a voodoo-vitamin-cocktail* you already get enough of; or, you can spend $1.50 per month, for cleaner, healthier skin.

If you really want a magic-bullet, read the above FAQ and realize it's just a multi-vitamin, at least they were honest in saying that if you stop taking it your acne might come back.

*BTW: a bar of soap generates far less waste for the landfill than the plastic bottle.
