Re: Town rebuilds green

Given a blank sheet and limited budget it will be interesting to see how much of what is available gets "shared".   Energy efficiency goes along with management efficiency and political efficiency ........   Will all the religious groups share a church?......  Will the town hall be used for square dancing on Mondays and movies every night of the week?..... Will everyone be happy with the chosen type of vehicle for the car pool?......Will the exhaust from the bakery heat the community greenhouse or swimming pool?......Will they build bigger houses for the rich and famous?......Will the noisey windmill get built near the subsidized housing and supply energy benefits to everyone equally or  just the people who can afford it?.....And once this place gets built, could Britney Spears buy a house there?
