MD, I agree with your issues with this since they haven't done a single home yet. My point is sign up for the guarenteed rate and to voice a vote for solar. You can cancel if they don't produce.
I think if people learn about solar and how gret it is they may end up buying their own system lioke I did. It's a very good thing just as it is with no free rides, just a sound investment.
