this service is linked right here on fixing the planet Ed Begley Jr who is associated with this site also says to check it out.
They may never install a system but at least you can check and show interest so maybe google or some other company does this concept. If it does go and you signed up you have rates from the day you sign up that never go up. What utility would promise that ?
Check it out. Maybe you'll just buy a system up front like I did and not wait.
