WALTER - I am so glad you wrote me.  Thank you.

Years of neglecting our skin can be hard to overcome, fortunately it is your legs that are sun damaged and not your face.

What you need to do is exfoliate your legs and then moisturize them. There are some steps to follow:

After you shower, pat your legs dry.  Do not rub. Then take Seseme or oilve oil and gently apply to the dry skin.  Make sure that you have time to do this because you need to sit with them uncovered for at least 30 minutes.  Blot with a towel and wear clothing that can be easily washed.  Do this for two days.  You will notice that some of the scales will have already started to flake off.

Now you are ready to exfoliate your legs.  Do not use exfoliates that contain any acids or retin A, as these will aggravate your condition.  The one I suggest is FOS for men.  The products are natural and organic. The exfoliate works extremely well, but is gentle and will remove the 'dead' scaly skin without irritation.  Follow the instructions. It is a mask and easily applied.  When you have rinsed off immediately apply FOS Moisturizer for Men.  It absorbs immediately, is never greasy and has the clean and tantalizing aroma of Bergamot.

You will find these at www.facefitness.com

Please inform me as to the results. I would be anxious to know how you are doing.
