Re: my Laugh Lines

Hey Matt,
Personally, I recommend flexeffect. It is a program that was created by a bodybuilder named Deb Crowley, who looks amazing considering that she is in her 60's. I know she won't mind me mentioning that because if you were to bump into her tomorrow you'd think she was 32 or 33. I know there are a lot of free programs on the web but, I can personally testify to flexeffect because I do it myself. To me it makes sense because we spend all of this time working our bodies while the muscles in our face atrophy and the skin sags. Deb Crowley's program is like running a marathon. All the others are 5k races. No lie. The rest may be free but they don't contain nearly as much information to benefit you on the whole.
Cheers and Good Luck.

Francine, on another note, no man is going to put surgical tape on his face to sleep. If the facial program works then no surgical tape is recommended. Deb has exercises that smooth out wrinkles on every part of the face. Many programs tell you that there are no exercises for the forehead. Well, Deb created a few and they work to smooth out and erase all lines. I have never put any kind of tape on my face and don't plan on it. One thing I do, that you didn't mention, is to sleep without a pillow. I got this tip from another program I did before I found the marathon program I just mentioned. Anyway, sleeping without a pillow takes getting used to but there is little to no tossing or turning and it's better for the spine, face and neck.
