Thanks for the tip on flexeffect. I looked into it and decided it is something I wiill try. I also ordered the Face of the Sea natural skin care products from Francine. I should have all in hand early next week. I think there is real help out there... perhaps we have found it in Francine and Deb! Thanks for sending your input to me... take good care and good luck!
