Re: Powered Bicycles
I have been selling electric bicycle conversion kits for a little over 2 years
In that time I have sold over 200 kits. At first I was selling for a popular company that has a 36 volt kit. I wanted more range so after a long search I found a company in China that sells a 48 volt kit. I wish that I could have found an American company that produced an affordable kit, but sadly the ones produced here are VERY expensive. This give me the range I hoped for. Last year I imported 100 of these kits. I sell most of them on Ebay and some locally
I not only did this for a profit.. this is America.... but I am pleased to know that over 200 people are not using their cars and I am helping in my own way to reduce our carbon footprint and dependence on oil.
I have converted all of our lights to cfl and do everything else I can think of to be "greener"
