Did you mean "Rankine Cycle" ???  Please provide more info.

The Rankine Cycle is a 'heat engine', not a internal combustion (IC) engine.  The difference is that the 'working fluid' is compressed as a liquid, boiled by the addition of heat, allowed to expand and reduce in pressure & temperature converting heat into work, and then condensed where the cycle repeats.
