Beta Test a conversion kit to fuel your car with hydrogen

I am very excited about reducing air pollution
and helping people save big money on their fuel costs...
Overview:
First, this new company is looking for only 2,000 beta testers at this point. Each beta test applicant pays a refundable $195 plus $15 shipping. In a few months, probably 3 (to more likely 6) each will receive the device, which includes cartidges (replacement spark plugs that uses a proprietary pulsing technology at a specific frequency to break the hydrogen out of the water vapor in the air) and the electronic control device. The control device plugs into the diagnostic port on your engine. Any competent mechanic can install the device (using the instructions that comes with it) on your engine in approximately 2 hours or less and tune up your engine...
The company says that your engine will run cooler, and have a bit more power, and have less maintenance problems.
There is no carbon air pollution and the hydrogen completely
burns, making your vehicle an environmentalist DREAM MACHINE!
You will never need to fill up at a service station again, as the device is self fueling.
As a beta tester you get a number of significant advantages:
1) You never have to pay the monthly lease that regular customers will have to pay (projected at $50 to $60 a month),
2) You get a license for a geographical area with approximately
130 to 150 thousand people living in it. The company will allow you to market to that area, or they will market to that area. Whichever you choose, they will split the monthly lease income with you on a 50-50 split.
3) The residual income could become significant over time and is NOT mlm in any respect...
QUESTIONS:
a) Is this mlm?
Answer- NO on the customers monthly lease fee for the technology conversion for their vehicle.
b) I don't know if it's supposed to be something you make money on, or is it just for the benefit of saving on gas costs?
Answer- both. For customers, its just about cutting their fuel cost to a fixed amount every month and saving money. For the licensee, it could include making half of the monthly lease on all the customers in your protected territory, based upon zip codes ( 3 to 10 depending upon
the population density in your area)...
c) Also, how do you know that it works? Has anyone tried it that you know? Answer- No, I am personally willing to risk my $210 on the hope that it really does work, that is why I applied to be one of the (field) beta testers. If it doesn't work then this company is not going to survive. If the $210 is too much to risk, don't do it as I cannot guarantee it.
On the other hand, if it does work they are going to become a household name.
d) One last question - can you take it off your current car and install it on another one if you get another car or are you out of luck? Answer- Yes, you take it off and replace the cartridges with regular spark plugs and tune up the car to convert it back, and then install it on your next vehicle...
Over time, the company believes that they will adapt the technology to other devices besides cars and trucks...

Maintenance Question-
One of my friends sent a question and asked about potential maintenance concerns. What follows is the answer from
the company-
"There are no moving parts, so they should last forever and we will replace as needed since these are lease/rental, not a purchase, so it is in our best interests to replace given monthly payments being made. There will be a dealer network established, and this is the whole reason to launch in this fashion as we know people will be concerned. And stock and replacements are easy enough to handle, just like changing a sparkplug. As with spark plugs that fail, you will have a miss, nothing dramatic."
