I have been facing problems of blackheads and they seem to
be getting worse. It really makes you look ugly and I am worried that if they
will ever go away. If anyone of you has been in a similar situation or may be
if you people know the cure for this, please let me know.

Too old to have pimples:)

OK, I am 31 years old today, and my skin is still that of a 16 year old at times. I thought as I got older this problem would clear up. I have tried Proactive, Murad acne, and also Arbonne Acne, but they just seem to dry me out completly. I do not have extreme acne, but at certain times of the month:) I would say it is mild acne. I would love to find something that would leave my skin soft yet acne free, or close to;).

Thanks so much,

Belinda

Chocolate, french fries and acne

A question called in to Francine - See below:

My mom and I disagree on what causes acne.

She says I eat too many french fries and chocolate.

I don't eat any more than my friends and some of them have acne and some of them don't. What's the answer?

Product Ingredients

Dear Francine,

I have tried "natural" products several times. I find these products in stores that market to the "green" community. However, when I check the ingredients of some of these products, they contain many of the same chemical ingredients of the products I am trying to avoid. My skin hates the chemicals and I know the environment does.

When it comes to hygiene and skin care, can you recommend a home remedy or a product line with truely natural ingredients?

Thank you for your time.

Alligator skin

Dear Francine,

I'm only in my fifties, but my legs look like 'Alligator Skin', probably from many years of working and spending my leisure time in the sun. I know I probably didn't take care of my skin like I should have, but is it too late to get smooth skin again? I like the idea of using natural skin care remedies - hopefully you can help.

Thanks.

my Laugh Lines

Dear Francine,

I am 34 years of age and feel that my "laugh lines" are somewhat advanced for my age. I have clowned and humored my way through life, and I think my happy lifestyle has caused me premature wrinkling! Can you provide me with a product that can help alleviate the lines around my eyes? I may be a bit vain for a man, but I am in the entertainment industry and we all know how unforgiving it can be! Thank you in advance for your expertise!
